It's Darkest before Dawn

One moment it is dark, and the next moment, we see light. This is the dawning of the day.

And this could be the outcome of the Health Care bill tomorrow. The vote will come tomorrow afternoon. Right now, they say they have the votes to pass the bill. But the truth will not really be known until the actual vote comes up.

There have been many changes in the way they are going to vote. It has been said that they were going for the Reconciliation Bill first. Then they were going to vote on one bill to get enough to vote for the passage. That way they would not have to say they actually voted for the Health Care bill, but it would still be ‘considered’ voted on. I thought this was kind of hypocritical! Either you vote on the actual bill with a yea or nah, or you haven’t voted on it at all. You can’t say you’ve done something when, in fact, you haven’t.

Right now, the House is saying they have the votes. But, apparently they don’t, or the President would not be coming to Capital Hill to talk to the Democratic Caucus. He is still campaigning for ‘president’, trying to get this ‘so-called’ important bill passed so his presidency won’t be lost. I hate to tell him, but it doesn’t matter whether it is passed or not, there will be lots of losses for his people come November. I don’t think that the people of this country will forget that their preferences on this situation have been completely ignored.

Those of us who are Christians do need to keep praying that Congress will listen to their constituents back home and adhere to their wishes. We need to pray for the President to get wisdom and guidance for what this country really needs at this time, which is not the complete re-overhaul of our health care, but to fix the things that are wrong. We definitely do not need a complete government take over which is going to happen if this bill passes.

In Joshua, He tells us to be strong and very courageous.

Isaiah 41:10, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

The Lord is with us all the time, even unto the end of the world. Let’s keep praying that this bill does not pass. Right now, I am listening to Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House, talking to the Caucus in front of the President. You could not help but hear her say, “We will be making history”. And, I feel this is the only reason they have pushed to get this bill passed, to ‘show’ the world that they can do what nobody else has been able to do. And the reason it hasn’t been done is simply because the people do not want it. SO continue to PRAY!

NOTE: If this bill is so good for all of us, then why doesn't the Congress and the President add themselves to it?

Diversity at the expense of Unity

Our country has been known for diversity. In fact, immigrants built this country. Many different nationalities live here. Each have come here in order to start a new life in a new country.

We are a nation whose language is English. Most immigrants who speak a different language have learned the English language in order to be able to converse with English speaking people and to carry on business here. But, the precept of having a national language has almost been lost within the halls of Congress. And, if this happens, many small businesses that require employees to speak English on the job will be affected. The Salvation Army is one of those businesses.

Senator Lamar Alexander from Tennessee had tried to pass an amendment that would shield businesses from being sued by the Federal Government for requiring their employees to speak English on the job. It met with opposition by Rep. Charles Gonzales from Texas, who is a hispanic.

"If it is not relevant, it is discriminatory, it is gratuitous, it is a subterfuge to discriminate against people based on national origin," says Rep. Charles Gonzalez of Texas, one of several Hispanic Democrats in the House who threatened to block Ms. Pelosi's attempts to curtail the Alternative Minimum Tax unless she killed the Alexander amendment.

It stands to reason that one would want their employees to speak a language that was understood by everyone. And, to me, if I were going to another country to live and the main language was not English, then I feel I would have to learn the language spoken there. But, apparently that is not the case now in America. Those coming here seem to want to be able to speak their language and some want to make it a crime for businesses to have the right to require our language to be spoken on site.

The Hispanic Caucus finally agreed to let the tax bill go forward if Nancy Pelosi agreed to extract Sen. Alexander’s English-only protection amendment from it. "There ain't going to be a bill" with the Alexander language, Mr. Baca has told reporters.

Mr. Baca was having none of it. "You see this on the [voting] board?," he yelled back. "This is against me. This is against me personally." Luckily for Democrats, C-Span's microphones did not pick up the exchange. But it was audible to reporters in the press gallery. They also heard Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois say that English-only efforts were symbolic of "bigotry and prejudice" against those who speak other languages.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued the Salvation Army because of their requirement that English be spoken on the job. The requirements were clearly posted and employees were given a year to learn the language. That sounds fair to me, but apparently the EEOC didn’t think it was right for them to require everyone to speak the same language.

Mr. Alexander says his battle is about far more than what language is spoken on a shop floor. "The EEOC actions turn diversity, our greatest strength, against the interests of our common future as Americans," he told me.

Diversity is a way of life. But unity is being sacrificed in order to appease one group. Public schools were started to teach immigrants the 3 R’s and what it means to be an American. This was done in hopes the children would go home and teach their parents the principles of the Declaration and Constitution that unite us all. Now, with the EEOC coming against the English language being required in a particular business, diversity as well as unity is under attack.

Mr. Alexander says that noble effort is in danger of being undermined: "We have spent the last 40 years in our country celebrating diversity at the expense of unity. One way to create that unity is to value, not devalue, our common language, English."

Political Correctness versus Freedom

Am I alone, or do others see Political Correctness destroying the very freedoms our forefathers worked for us to have?

But Political Correctness remains just what it was intended to be: a sophisticated and dangerous form of censorship and oppression, imposed upon the citizenry with the ultimate goal of manipulating, brainwashing and destroying our society.

There seems to be a growing need of those supporting PC to make laws to restrict almost everything we hold dear. We are suppose to have freedom of speech, but with PC, it has eroded so much that we now have to police our speech so not to offend anyone or chance a lawsuit against us.

It is changing the American society from within, and the citizens of this nation are increasingly censoring themselves and losing their freedom of speech out of fear of Political Correctness repression.

It is the nature of Western Civilization to be civilized – respectful of others and concerned with correcting injustices. We don't need Political Correctness to make us think we are not civilized on our own and must have our thoughts and words restricted.

The schools have adopted a 'no tolerance' policy. Children are put in detention, suspended, or maybe even expelled for minor reasons that could have been taken care of by school administration. But, due to PC, the children have to bear the results of an over-zealous society that wants to appease everyone and every religion this side of heaven!

Also, it's coming to the church you attend: just watch for it.There is a chance your pastor will not be able to preach against things such as homosexuality or gay marriages. Although the Bible teaches against these things, again, the appeasement crowd is hurrying to get it outlawed. It is a an attempt to pacify those who don't believe the way you do at the expense of the principle of truth of the Word.

Freedom has eroded in our country. And, it is going to get worse. There will be no backpeddling. It seems that most assume to appease the enemy is to make him less likely to strike out. We should know better by now. While we are held responsible for things we do or say, others outside of Christianity are not. In 2001, school children found that, while they were being told there could be no display of anything pertaining to Christmas, a middle school student in Texas was able to show a video of her muslim religion. In two schools in California, during 2002, they were having students to attend a 3 week course on Islam and pretend to be warriors for Islam.

This arbitrary double standard was applied in the name of Political Correctness following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Political Correctness has become pandemic. If we don't come against it, we will be come a totalitarian country and the government will rule every aspect of our lives. They have invaded them enough already. If we want to continue to be free, our freedom of speech must be preserved. It is slowly slipping away.

That means you go to your local voting places and vote for the candidate you believe will most represent your views, and then hold his hands to the fire (i.e., telephone calls, emails, and faxes which remind him why he was elected!). Right now, we have too many lifers in there who have too much to do with special interests groups and will do anything to get elected.

Senator Harry Reid's DREAM Act Amnesty

Senator Harry Reid is expected to bring his DREAM Act up for a vote on Wednesday. The only thing is there is to be no hearings, no committee discussions, and for the most part, no text. In other words he is going for AMNESTY any way he can get it. This will mean that this bill would grant amnesty to around 1.4 million illegal aliens between the age of 5 and 19, plus millions of illegal aliens who are between the age of 20 and 30.

Take time to fax or email your senators. Ask them to vote against this bill when Senator Reid brings it up for a vote! You can find the information for your senators here.

Anti-Discrimination law receives scorn

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger may have opened a can of worms when he signed the anti-discrimination bill to make words like “Mom” and “Dad” obsolete in the schools. There is also to be no mention of marriage in schools. Anything pertaining to a normal lifestyle as conservative families see it will not be permitted in the schools. Even the kindergarteners will not be protected. They will be introduced to homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality even if the parents protest.

World Congress of Families Global Coordinator Allan Carlson said the measure, SB 777, is "a blatant attack on the natural family orchestrated by the alternative-lifestyles lobby."

In my opinion, California’s governor has sold the conservatives, who chose to vote for him, a bill of goods that isn’t to their liking. He mis-represented his views. I would venture to say this will probably harm his chance at re-election, if he chooses to run for another term.

"It will prohibit anything that suggests that the natural family – a man and a woman, married, with children – is normal or typical," said Carlson. "Thus, under this latest advance toward a Brave New World of polymorphous perversion, California textbooks will no longer be able to use words like 'mother and father' and 'husband and wife,' because they suggest that heterosexuality is the norm – even though that is manifestly the case, even in California."

May God help a nation who seems to be forever getting it wrong. If God had meant for there to have been a diversity in marriage or lifestyles, then he would not have made ‘woman for man’, as he did in Genesis 2:21-24, when he took the rib of Adam and made Eve for his own. He gave them the charge to replenish the earth, which cannot be done through homosexuality.

Perversion is becoming the ‘norm’ among so many in this nation. One day, the Lord is going to get tired of blatant disobedience to His Word. He will bring calamity to this nation, if we don’t begin to realize what this is doing to society. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had my fill of political correctness! It is time we got down to business for God; otherwise, this nation is not going last. He will have the last say, and it is up to us whether we want the ‘freedoms’ the officials are handing us, or for this nation to be seen as a God-fearing one.

Competition: That is what it is about

Liberals are out to re-instate the Fairness Doctrine. It is not really fairness they are after but the shutting up of the conservatives that are speaking up and being noticed when it comes to issues that the general public is concerned about. Most of the issues are brought up by the liberals (i.e. Democrats), and they don’t want to be hit by competition from the conservatives. And, to stop that, they’ll have to shut up the conservative talk show hosts. Then, will they go after the bloggers who oppose them or conservative television?

It boils down to the fact that the liberals do not want any competition. They want to be able to voice their opinions and keep the public in the dark about the real truths surrounding certain issues. The media is mostly liberal and they keep the liberal point of view in the eye of the public. So, if conservative radio talk show hosts such as Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and Laura Ingraham are shut up, then the liberals have gotten what they want. No longer will you hear two sides of the issue, but a biased account. And, that is what they are striving for when they try to resurrect the defunct Fairness Doctrine.

The Fairness Doctrine was abolished by the FCC in 1987. Congress tried to resurrect it two other times: once under Ronald Reagan but it was vetoed, and again in 1991, but George H.W. Bush threatened to veto it.

Bernie Sanders (I-VT), along with Representatives Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), Maurice Hinchey (D-NY), and Louise Slaughter (D-NY) have announced their support of legislation which would reverse the 1987 FCC decision and restore the Fairness Doctrine.

This proposed legislation has been routinely criticized by both conservatives and liberals in the media as a means of keeping their views from being expressed or of deliberately cutting their available air time in half. Conservatives specifically claim that liberals already dominate Hollywood, academia and much of the mainstream media, which would not be subject to the regulations required by The Fairness Doctrine. Liberals specifically claim that conservatives already dominate talk radio, which is broadcast on public airwaves.

As Daddypundit says in his post, the public no longer has to rely on access to a balanced radio show to hear both sides of an issue. We now have the Talk radio shows, Cable news, blogs, and the Internet. And talk radio hosts allow both sides to express their opinions. None of these avenues had come along when the Fairness Doctrine came into play.

Legislation Proposed to Restrict Driving by Alabama teens

State Rep. Jim McClendon, R-Springville, is chairman of the State Highway Safety Coordinating Committee. The committee is working on a package to reduce deaths among the youth of Alabama. The bill will not only target the driving of teens, but will also address drunk driving, seat belts, and driver without insurance.

The committee's other proposals would:

-rescind a law that bars police forces in towns with populations of less than 19,000 from patrolling interstate highway.

-prohibit those 18 and younger from using cell phones while driving.

-create a "super drunk" law providing higher penalties for people arrested for driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent or higher. Alabama's drunken driving law currently applies at 0.08 percent blood alcohol level.

-clarify a gray area in state law to make sure drunken driving convictions more than five years old are admissible in court.

-toughen penalties for people caught driving without a license or insurance.

-increase the penalty for not wearing a seat belt from $25 to $50 and require adults in the back seat of vehicles to buckle up. Adults in back seats are not currently covered by the law.

Senators introduce bill to restrict Internet, cable, and satellite radio recording

And, this isn't just the Democrats. The bill is sponsored by Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN), Joseph Biden (D-DE), Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

Yesterday, Sen. John Sununu (R-NH) announced legislation that would prevent the FCC from creating exactly the same kind of technology mandates that the PERFORM Act would require. At the time, Sen. Sununu said that "misguided requirements distort the marketplace by forcing industry to adopt agency-blessed solutions rather than allow innovative and competitive approaches to develop."

Children crossing US border by themselves

Parents from Mexico, who are already in America, are afraid to go back for their children left behind because of the higher security in place. So, they hire coyotes to bring their children up to the border and try to get them across without detection. These families pay any where from $3,000 to $5,000 for each child.

These children face 2,000 miles of rough ground, scorpions, and sexual abuse, at times, when they are taken to the border by these coyotes. They are given fake or sometimes stolen documents. And, when they are caught by the Border patrol, they are returned to where they came from. Often, these children have no idea of how long the trip will be, or even where there families are in the United States.

"They gave me the crossing card of a girl who looked like me, but I got very nervous," said Lupita Valencia, 14, from central Colima state, who had been sent for by her parents who live in Seattle.

"The inspectors realized I wasn't the card holder and sent me back" she added.

This seems to be a desperate means for the families to reunite. And, it should never have happened. If we had a more secure border, then perhaps most of the deaths that happen every year would never have to happen. President Bush has ordered 6,000 National Guard to the borders, and this has really tightened up security.

The coyotes have been known to just leave the children to fend for themselves when they sense they will be caught. More than 400 children have died over the past year. Most of those were from heat exhaustion or drowning. Desert temperatures in Arizona will rise to 120 degrees in the summer and freezing in the winter. It is believed that this situation is here to stay with all the build up of security at the border crossings.

Americans Concerned about Duke Rape Case encouraged to contact NC

Michael J. Gaynor, independent columnist at The Post Chronicle, is encouraging those Americans, who are concerned with what has been going on in the Duke Rape case, to contact the Attorney General of NC, the NC Governor, and the Executive Director of the NC state bar.

Stuart Taylor, the top legal commentator, has looked into the case. He says that the prosecutor, Mike Nifong, is a rogue, not the lacrosse players. He feels the players have been wrongly accused.

"Then there is Mike Nifong, the Durham, N.C., district attorney who is prosecuting the case. In addition to the misconduct detailed in my April 29 column, he has shielded his evidence (if any) from public scrutiny while seeking to keep the rape charges hanging over the defendants by delaying any trial until next spring.

"Nifong and a certain Durham police officer should themselves be under criminal investigation, in my view, for what looks like possible intimidation of a disinterested defense witness, a cabbie who had been transporting one defendant at the time of the alleged rape."

Gaynor says that not only should rape cases be prosecuted to the fullest extent of law, but so should those that falsely accuse others of rape, and those that stand to profit from these false accusations.

City takes illegal immigration problem into their own hands

Hazelton, PA has decided it is time to stop illegal immigration into their small town. So, they've decided to revoke the license of any business hiring an illegal and also fine a property owner $1,000 for renting to any illegal immigrant.

The mayor says they are destroying his city. When he took office in 2000, the hispanics represented only 5% of their city's population. Now, they are up to 30%. He says they are lured there by jobs and low rent. But, crime has risen in this small town.

City officials do not know how many of the new arrivals are in the United States illegally, but say they are fueling the drug trade, joining gangs and committing other crimes.

Municipal officials around the nation, frustrated at what they perceive as the federal government's inability to stem illegal immigration, have increasingly taken matters into their own hands.

The cities who are adopting this method are having to pick up the tab for all this. But, they are willing to do whatever it takes to clean up their cities. Seems the government is slowing down rather than going forward in doing something about the illegal traffic coming into our country.

Some Hispanics approve of the measure, saying they are fed up with crime and graffiti. "If I was mayor, I wouldn't let anyone in who had a criminal record," said Rafael Rovira, 69, a naturalized American citizen from the Dominican Republic.

But, then there others, such as Jose Lecuga, who came to the United States illegally in 1982, and received amnesty in 1986, who thinks the Mayor is confusing illegal people with criminals. I think this guy is confusing illegal with legal. He got his amnesty, even though he was illegal, and perhaps has told many people from his country - "Come on over here. There are jobs, and plenty of cheap housing. And, it's cheap living here." Otherwise, how do these people find these particular little towns in America, so far from the borders?

Karl Rove off the hook

Special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has informed Rove's lawyer, Robert Luskin, that Rove will not face any criminal charges during the investigation into the leak of CIA officer Valerie Flame's name to reporters.

This has lifted a heavy burden from Rove, who is trying to focus on halting Bush's fall in popularity, and keep the Democrats from taking over the House of Representatives or the Senate in the November election.

Deserter or Dissenter? You decide

My husband was drafted into the Army in the '60's, but chose to go to the Air Force instead, for four years - 'his' choice. And, when it came time to go to Vietnam, he obeyed orders. We understood what the consequence could be, but we held on to faith that he would return. Never was there a thought of dereliction of duty!

So many men chose to skip their duty back then, and ran off to Canada, or deserted their base. But, the brave went to war, many of them lost their lives. And, today, we have an officer who is refusing to go to war in Iraq. But, one thing different here is the way he got into the service. First Lt. Ehren K. Watada wasn't drafted, but chose to join the military. He knew what lay ahead; yet, he chose to go. But, now, when confronted with time in Iraq, he's decided it's not for him. In fact, when Watada found out he might have to be deployed, he sent a letter to his commander, wanting to resign, but was refused the opportunity to do so.

There is also vehement disagreement. Rebecca Davis, cofounder of Military Families Voice of Victory, issued a statement saying that "as a mother of three sons who have served honorably in Iraq and Afghanistan, I am demanding the Army prosecute Lt. Watada to the fullest extent under the Uniform Code of Military Justice."

Watada's refusal "will surely encourage al-Qaida in Iraq to continue terrorizing the Iraqi people and attacking U.S. and coalition forces," she said. Columnist Michelle Malkin called Watada a "deserter, not a dissenter," on her Web site.

Command Sgt. Maj. Michael D. Hayes, with the Military Police Brigade at Schofield Barracks and a veteran of Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan, said he "could not hold" his tongue any longer.

"(Some) individuals are attempting to lift Lt. Watada up as some kind of hero or martyr, which in reality he is not. ... He is a dishonorable man and should be court-martialed," said Hayes, who said he was speaking as an individual and not on behalf of the Army.

Watada's parents, attorney, supporters for him, and anti-war groups met in Hawaii's Capitol conference room. There were people who met to back him emotionally and vocally, but there were also those that did not uphold what he has done.

Watada's father said "we have to bring our troops home". He is saying that Vietnam was occupied until "members of the military stood up and said they were not going to fight any longer." But, his son's next step will be to refuse to board a plane when his troops are sent to Iraq. And, when he does, he will face a court-martial, and possible years in prison. Is it worth it?

Bush Backs Federal Marriage Amendment

In his Saturday Radio address, President Bush pushed for the Federal Marriage amendment to be passed in Congress. He believes that a healthy marriage between a woman and a man promotes the welfare of our children and the stability of society. He decided to dedicate his speech today to this issue because it comes up for a vote in the Senate next week.

"Marriage cannot be cut off from its cultural, religious and natural roots without weakening this good influence on society."

The resolution has little chance of passing in the Senate. The Democrats think that their time is being wasted on this issue. The proposal needs 2/3 support in the Senate and House, and then 38 states legislatures would have to ratify it.

In his radio address, Bush struck back at judges who have overturned state laws similar in intent to the proposed legislation.

"Unfortunately, activist judges and some local officials have made an aggressive attempt to redefine marriage in recent years," the president said.

Bush said there is broad consensus in America to protect the institution of marriage.

Lamda legal's Marriage Project Director, David Buckel, says this resolution, if passed would brand all lesbians and gay people as inferior. He said it would give people license to discriminate against them. But, President Bush says this would fully protect the institution of marriage, and it would leave all state legislatures free to make their decisions on legal arrangments for all outside marriage.

Tell Me The State Won't Allow This!

Robert Kosilek was convicted of strangling his wife, Cheryl, in 1990, in Massachusetts. He is said to suffer from a 'gender identity disorder'. He is seeking a sex-change operation from the state through a federal judge. His lawyers thinks he might try suicide, if he isn't allowed to have this operation.

In 2002, U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf ruled Kosilek was entitled to treatment for gender identity disorder, but he stopped short of ordering the state to pay for a sex-change operation.

Kosilek has sued The Department of Correction, because psychiatrists, including 2 of their department experts, thinks the sex-change operation is necessary. Is this only to keep him from committing suicide?

Kosilek now goes by the name Michelle. He has been undergoing hormone treatment, and Dr.Brown, a psychiatrist, says that his depression and anxiety has improved. But,Dr. Brown also says he feels that 'she would kill herself', if she doesn't have the sex-change operation.

Corrections officials fear Kosilek could be a target for assault by returning as a woman to the all-male, medium-security prison in Norfolk, McFarland said. If Kosilek is transferred to the women's prison in Framingham, there are concerns about risk to female inmates there.

During the 2002 trial, Kosilek testified to having gender identity disorder since age 3, attempting suicide twice and attempting self-castration.

Two psychiatrists will testify that Kosilek functions "at a very high level" and that a sex-change operation is not medically necessary, McFarland said.

Why should the tax payers have to pay for a convicted killer to have a sex-change operation? Do we now put criminals into prison and give them everything they desire, and foot the bill?

Investigating Haditha

What has happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'? You need all the facts before you can present a case in court. So, tell me how U.S. Rep. Murtha, a Democrat from Pennsylvania, can have all the facts, when the investigation isn't even over.

Marine General Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, says "we'll get to the bottom of the investigation and take the appropriate action." In other words, they will take time to find out what really occurred on November 19, 2005, in Iraq, and then they will decide what needs to be done - whether some have covered up a massacre or not.

Pantano is upset specifically that a prominent war critic, U.S. Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) diagnosed Haditha last week as if he had all the facts: "Our troops overreacted because of the pressure on them, and they killed innocent civilians in cold blood." Pantano's advice that Americans not join Murtha's rush to judgment is sound.

Facts need to be nailed down; passing premature judgment is not the way to do things. Nobody knows better than a former platoon commander named Ilario Pantano. He was charged with two counts of premeditated murder and other crimes during his stint in Iraq a year ago. He was painted as a monster by the prosecutors in the courtroom at Camp Lejeune, while his wife and Mother sat listening to it all. Then, their case was blown out of the water by the autopsy report, and all charges were dismissed. He suggests letting the courts decide whether these guys are guilty or not. Don't pass premature judgement on them.

Pace said Monday that if U.S. troops did kill innocents at Haditha, they "have not performed their duty the way that 99.9 percent of their fellow Marines have."

Pedophiles to launch political party

It's not in America, but, if you hang around long enough, it is probably coming! I've learned to never say never.

The Charity, Freedom, and Diversity party said it would be officially launched on Wednesday. The Dutch pedophiles say, "We are going to shake the Hague awake!" And, if what they want doesn't wake up the Dutch, nothing will!

They want sex to be made legal for 12 years olds, as opposed to 16 year olds. And, they want to scrap it altogether in time, because "a ban just makes children curious", said one of the parties' founders. They also want the private possession of pornography to be legalized. And, they want pornography to be allowed on television, day and night. They want children above 16 to be allowed to appear in pornographic films and to prostitute themselves.

The Netherlands should have seen this coming, with their softness on soft drugs, prostitution, and gay marriage. But, they were in shock!

An opinion poll published Tuesday showed that 82 percent wanted the government to do something to stop the new party, while 67 percent said promoting pedophilia should be illegal.

"They make out as if they want more rights for children. But their position that children should be allowed sexual contact from age 12 is of course just in their own interest," anti-pedophile campaigner Ireen van Engelen told the AD daily.

Besides all this, they think everyone should be able to go naked in public, and that all soft and hard drugs should be legalized. In other words, 'don't put any restraints on us'!

Hopefully, the government will see the sorrow of it's ways and do something about this party. And, they definitely should do something about pedophilia in their country!

Senate Approves Social Security For Illegals

It is not enough that the Social Security system is already in a crisis. The Senate goes ahead and approves a bill that would allow illegals to draw social security. Doesn't matter they are not 'citizens', not even legal entries into our country. But, yet, they would be able to draw upon social security!

Siding with the illegals, Vermont Democrat Senator Patrick J. Leahy said: "We should not steal their funds or empty their Social Security accounts. That is not fair. It does not reward their hard work or their financial contributions. It violates the trust that underlies the Social Security Trust Fund."

Our Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions had this to say:

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) says, "We have a fundamentally flawed piece of legislation on the floor of the Senate and it should never, ever, ever become law."

Senator John Ensign from Nevada tried to get through an amendment that would have prevented this from happening:

The Social Security proposal, offered by Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev., would have prevented illegals who become legal from collecting the benefit on wages they earned while working unlawfully.

"Social Security was not intended for people who entered our country illegally," Ensign is quoted as saying.
