Kenyan Radio Station Raided - Guard killed

Eight masked men, maybe more, shot a night guard, killing him, and wounded 3 others. Then, they set part of the building afire. This happened immediately after an evangelical program called "Jesus is the Way" had discussed Christianity and Muslims. It is believed it might have been done by Muslims as a retaliatory act against the station, 93.3 Hope FM, which is run by the Nairobi Pentecostal Church.

The unknown assailants pounced on a guard at the station’s main entrance and tied him up with ropes. A passer-by who was attracted by the commotion was stabbed in the neck and chest. The thugs later shot the guard when he persistently cried for help.
