Helmet saves bicyclist' life

Ryan Lipscomb, 26, a graduate student at UW-Madison, was riding his bicycle in the bike path on the street. He saw the truck coming, hit his brakes hard, and it threw him to the street. The truck ran over his head - a hit and run. Thank the Lord for the Giro helmet he was wearing! He came out only with a concussion.
