Thousands In India Protest Bush's Visit
President Bush's visit to India was unwelcome, to say the least. Many protestors demonstrated at different places, holding up banners that said,"Bush Go Back", or "I Ambush". Nearby, a few dozen men nearby stood under a banner declaring: "We are ready to become suicide bomber." It is a sentiment rarely expressed openly in India, which has had domestic terrorism over the years but whose citizens have not seemed to be attracted to the current global terrorist networks. "Suppose Bush is here," said Sajid Khan, 25, a student. "I will suicide bomb to Bush. If we could get a visa, we would go there and fight." I think, no matter how good America is to some other countries, we will never become friends to the people. They want what we have, but want us to 'disappear'. As Freedom Folks blog says in their article...."We'll take your jobs, but death to your President!" They don't understand America tries to help other countries, not 'dominate them', as one student commented. The nuclear deal did not much energize a computer engineering student, Sidharth Jain, 19, either. "The deal doesn't matter to us much," he said. "I don't think anyone really understands what it means." But he was hopeful that improved ties with the United States might make it easier for him to go to a university in America. And, so it goes - give me your jobs, your land, and an education at your university, but we want nothing to do with you. They take our American flag, set it afire, and let a third grader urinate on it. That should tell our government something! They are not taking your jobs. They are being exploited by your companies who have cast aside your people for increased profits elsewhere. It is called the flight of capital and is an inevitable outcome of the economic system you support and spearhead throughout the globe.
as for America being 'good'. Does that include the millions who have died at the hands of your money-hungry elite. Your 'good' is nothing but a whitewash of the bloodstains on the wall and as a preparation for more evil to be sprayed on yet again. These are historical facts my dear. Wonder what you people study in schools.
America has yet to get what it truly deserves - using your standards of course. 9/11 saw many of the enlightened amongst us saying that it was about time that the americans were taught that every action can actually have an equal and opposing reaction.

Barbara, as you see, you cannot convince anyone of what you believe. I'm not talking about faith either. These people want to destroy us BECAUSE we do not share their faith. They don't want to be like us, they don't want what we have, they are not jealous of us. They hate us because we are not Islamic like them. Period.

Debbie, I wasn't trying to convince anyone of anything. I know they've been taught lies about us, that we are 'infidels', and they are supposed to kill us, according to their religion. But, some are apparently after something besides death - they want to come to America to get an education in our universities. It's too bad that America is SO good! But, if we were not, then we would be just like them.
