Schoolgirl spat leads to criminal charge

I've heard almost everything now that constitutes bringing a teenager up on an abuse charge! Two teenagers have a spat; one girls grabs the other one by the underwire of her bra - the girl admitted she did wrong, and apologized and took her punishment.

But, apparently, that wasn't enough for the enthusiastic policeman, who made his reprimand sound like sexual abuse, and the 14 year old refused to accept it. So, she was taken to court.

But, the British Magistrate in the case sided with the young girl. She had accepted her punishment by the school and by her parents, and thought it was the way to deal with the situation.
