What's In It For Starbucks?

If you are addicted to Starbucks coffee, you have a very expensive addiction. Meghan Kleppner of Worldnet Daily has been an 'addict' of Starbucks for year, but said, it was 'a habit easily broken'.

A cup of coffee might cost your $4. And, it doesn't take too many of those cups of coffee for the amount spent to skyrocket. And, Meghan got her 'fill' of Starbucks when she ran across an e-alert from a California organzation telling her that her money was being spent on things of which she disapproved - Pride Week. But, that's not the end of it. There were two volunteers on the staff of San Diego's Gay Pride organization that has been exposed as registered sex offenders. And, this placed innocent children in the "middle of sexually explicit material. After careful investigation, she didn't find it too hard to put down that coffee cup.

"We're committed to supporting things that matter to our employees and our customers."

Since Megan considered herself a 'customer', and she didn't support their beliefs, she decided to stop drinking Starbucks. As for me and my husband, we tried their coffee once, and it's nothing to 'write home about'. We'll stick with our regular coffee beans, and grind our own!
