A New Class of Babysitters?

Seems this young 19 year old man thought it was okay to play strip poker with the girls he was babysitting who were under the age of 12! He apparently exposed himself twice during the time. Parents need to know to whom they entrust their young children in this day and age of 'anything goes'.
